I’m transfinancial, I’m a rich man trapped in a poor man’s body” was posted on Twitter on April 17, 2010. “‘I’m transfinancial; a rich person trapped in a poor person’s body’ - my ITS teacher” was posted on Twitter on November 26, 2014.
 
The “transfinancial” term began to be used frequently in June 2015. “I’m #transfinancial as in I’m a poor boy trapped in a rich man’s body” was posted on Twitter on June 14, 2015. “I have always felt ‘transfinancial’; like I’m a rich man trapped in a poor man’s body…just keeping with the trend.#Dolezal #CaitlynJenner” was posted on Twitter on June 17, 2015.

Michael C. D’Amato thinks he’s a real card: Earlier this month, he launched a GoFundMe campaign that mocks transgender people by comparing his current money woes to a gender identity crisis:
 
“I’m transfinancial,” he wrote on his campaign page, launched June 13. “That means I am a rich man born in a poor man’s body. Please help me overcome my identity issues.”

So this thing has been going around Facebook. Probably not that huge of a deal but it is really bothering me.
