“I didn’t realize I was supposed to know how to do everything by my second rodeo”

“This ain’t my first rodeo” (or “This is not my first rodeo”) is a popular saying. It is an expression that means “I wasn’t born yesterday” (I’m not naive in these matters), and it does not usually refer to an actual rodeo. “I didn’t realize I was supposed to know how to do everything by my second rodeo. Seems like a very low amount of rodeos” is a jocular variation that has been printed on many images.

“I didn’t realize I was supposed to know how to do everything by my second rodeo. That’s still a very low number of rodeos” was posted on Twitter by Simon Holland on April 19, 2016. “I didn’t realize I was supposed to know how to do everything by my second rodeo. It’s still a very low number of rodeos. But I hadn’t realized I was supposed to know how to do everything by my 2nd rodeo.
