Pam Rice, from Louisville, has taken advantage of Black Friday deals for several years. Rice and her daughter Grace were outside the H&M store at Oxmoor at 6 a.m. to get early shopping done and to check out the crowds. They even made black shirts this year with white lettering: “I don’t know what it is but it’s on sale.”
