The joke is that the speaker refers to “passing” like passing through a digestive system.
“I RECENTLY PASSED A DRUG TEST WHICH IS WEIRD BECAUSE I DON’T RECALL EATING ONE” was posted on Facebook by Indian Hills Community Sign on June 23, 2022.
