“I saw a bank that said ‘24 Hour Banking,’ but I don’t have that much time”

"24-hour banking” usually implies that there is an ATM at the bank that allows transactions all day (24 hours). It doesn’t mean that a bank customer has to spend 24 hours at the bank, but there are jokes.

“24 hour banking—I don’t have time for that” was printed in The Oregonian (Portland, OR) on October 27, 1989, credited to American stand-up comedian Steven Wright. “24-hour banking? I don’t have time for that” was printed in Muncie (IN) Star on February 10, 1990, again, credited to Wright. “I saw a bank that said ‘24 Hour Banking’, but I don’t have that much time” was printed in a post titled “The Canonical List of Steven Wright-isms” on the newsgroup rec.humor on August 30, 1991.

“I saw a bank that said ‘24 Hour Banking,’ but I don’t have that much time” is a saying that has been printed on many images.

“A McDonald’s sign said, ‘All Day Breakfast.’ I thought, ‘I don’t have time for that‘“ is a similar joke by stand-up comedian Stephen Cookson.

Wikipedia: Steven Wright
Steven Alexander Wright (born December 6, 1955) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and film producer. He is known for his distinctly lethargic voice and slow, deadpan delivery of ironic, philosophical and sometimes nonsensical jokes, paraprosdokians, non sequiturs, anti-humor, and one-liners with contrived situations.

27 October 1989, The Oregonian (Portland, OR), “Wright takes life apart for laughs” by John Foyston, pg. ?
“24 hour banking—I don’t have time for that.”
