“Faux pas” is sometimes punned as “faux pa.”  The pun is especially frequent on Father’s Day.
   
“A friend tried to tell me recently that I’m not allowed to make dad jokes b/c I’m not a dad, and I’m, like, that’s such a faux Pa?” was posted on Twitter on January 14, 2016. The “dad jokes faux pa” joke was popularized on Reddit—Dad Jokes on February 21, 2017:
     
“If you tell dad jokes, but you have no children…  You’re a ‘faux pa.’”

I hear they have dad jokes in France, too, but they always come in pères.
Also fake French dad jokes are known as faux pa’s.
