“I was on the beach and got hit by a massive wave of cake. It was a tiramisunami”

“Tiramisu” (a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert) and “tsunami” (a series of waves in a water body) are two foreign language words that are sometimes combined to form “tiramisunami.”

“Nostradamus predicted that our east coast would be hit today by a giant wave of espresso-soaked layered dessert:  the dreaded Tiramisunami” was posted on Twitter by Evan Nichols on April 13, 2009. “Tiramisunami - a sudden huge craving for delicious italian cake envelops your brain impulses like a gigantic sugar wave” was posted on Twitter by Funnyshit on December 26, 2010.

“Tiramisunami” was mentioned in the recording “Make it Rain” (2017) by Legendary Zeroes. “He be pushing sugar on me/ he don’t know I’m sweet & scary/ like a tiramisunami #lyrics #makeitrain #hiphop @LegendaryZeroes Legendary Zeroes” was posted on Twitter by Ellen Tift on August 19, 2017.

“I was on the beach and got hit by a massive wave of cake. It was a tiramisunami” was posted on Reddit—Dadjokes on October 22, 2020.

“Tiramisu sounds a lot more Japanese than Italian” is a related saying.

Wikipedia: Tiramisu
Tiramisu (from the Italian language, spelled tiramisù, [ˌtiramiˈsu], meaning “pick me up” or “cheer me up”) is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts. Its origins are often disputed among Italian regions Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Wikipedia: Tsunami
A tsunami (Japanese: 津波) (/(t)suːˈnɑːmi, (t)sʊˈ-/ (t)soo-NAH-mee, (t)suu- pronounced [tsɯnami]) is a series of waves in a water body caused by the displacement of a large volume of water, generally in an ocean or a large lake. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions (including detonations, landslides, glacier calvings, meteorite impacts and other disturbances) above or below water all have the potential to generate a tsunami. Unlike normal ocean waves, which are generated by wind, or tides, which are generated by the gravitational pull of the Moon and the Sun, a tsunami is generated by the displacement of water.
