“I would like to apologize to anyone I have not yet offended. Please be patient. I will get to you shortly” is a jocular saying (popular on social media) that has been printed on many images. “I would like to apologize to anyone I have not yet offended.  Please be patient I will get to you shortly” was posted on Twitter by Brian Doran on March 7, 2012. The saying probably originated on an image.
     
There are several different forms, usually involving slight changes such as “I would” to “I’d,” “have not” to “haven’t,” and “I will” to “I’ll.” “I’d like to apologize to anyone I have not offended yet. Please be patient, I’ll get to you shortly” was posted on Twitter by chicken partner on March 9, 2012. “I would like to apologize to anyone I haven’t yet offended. Please be patient, I’ll get to you shortly…” was posted on Twitter by hlengiWEAR_91ºC on January 10, 2014. “I’d like to apologize to anyone i haven’t yet offended ,be patient i will get to you shortly” was posted on Twitter by Belal on August 16, 2014. “I ‘d like to apologize to anyone i ‘ve not yet offended ...
