“If you carve a pumpkin in September, it’s called premature ejackolantern” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images. “Premature ejackolantern” is a portmanteau of “premature ejaculation” and “jack-o’lantern.” Jack-o’lanterns are popular decorations for Halloween.
