"I used to just crastinate. Then I decided to go pro” is a jocular procrastination saying that has been printed on many images.

“I’m an amateur crastinator. Someday I’ll turn pro” was posted on the newsgroup comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc on September 21, 1994. “I’m an ameteur crastinator. Someday I’ll go pro!” was posted on the newsgroup alt.fairs.renaissance on May 1, 2000. “I’m an amateur crastinator, but if any of you can tell me how to get paid for it, I’ll gladly go pro #writechat” was posted on Twitter by Greg Pincus on July 19, 2009. “I’m an amateur crastinator but I’m hoping to go pro eventually” was posted on Twitter by Alex London on September 19, 2019.

“Think I’ll just crastinate for awhile. Not ready to go pro yet” was posted on Twitter by Dave on November 21, 2011. “I used to just crastinate. Then I decided to go pro” was posted on Twitter by 🆃🅴🆁🆁🆈 🅵🅸🅽🅸🆂🆃🅴🆁🆁🅴 on August 16, 2015. This version of the saying was probably popularized by an image.
