For much of its 30-year existence, Hair Club was known as Hair Club for Men, a company made famous by founder Sy Sperling's trademark phrase, "I'm not just the president, I'm also a client." Over that time, the company helped thousands of men get their hair back with our Bio-Matrix Strand by Strand technology.
After

Follicle fracas: Hair clubs tangle in trademark suit

Houston hairdresser Ernie Menchaca is not just the president of the Hair Club for Women, now he's also a defendant.
New York-based Hair Club for Men Ltd. has filed suit in Houston federal court against Menchaca and his hair replacement center and salon called the Hair Club for Women.
The New York company, founded by president Sy Sperling, provides hair replacement alternatives for balding men in markets throughout the country and elsewhere.
