“In response to the murder hornets, police are using the SWAT team to set up a sting operation”

In 2020, the United States experienced an invasion of “murder hornets” from Asia.
       
“Police have been contacted in response to the murder hornets. They are using the SWAT team to set up a sting operation” was posted on Facebook by AONE on May 13, 2020. The pun-filled saying was frequently reposted.
     
                 
Wikipedia: Asian giant hornet
The Asian giant hornet (Vespa mandarinia), including the former subspecies referred to as the “Japanese giant hornet” is the world’s largest hornet. It is native to temperate and tropical East Asia, South Asia, Mainland Southeast Asia, and parts of the Russian Far East. It was also found in the Pacific Northwest of North America in late 2019, with no reports since to suggest that they have become established there.
