“It’s a little early for a cocktail. When did you start drinking?”/“March.”

The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic resulted in many lockdowns beginning in March 2020. Liquor stores were deemed essential, and many people drank at home.
   
An illustrated card by Bluntcards, posted on Facebook on November 5, 2020, showed two women (one who is drinking) in conversation:
