“It’s only a gambling addiction if you lose” was posted on Twitter on May 11, 2010. “It’s only a gambling addiction if you keep losing, otherwise it’s a high paying career” was posted on Reddit—Shower Thoughts on September 27, 2017.
“Gambling is only considered an addiction if you are bad at it,” “You only have a gambling problem if you lose” and “Seems like if you’re good at gambling, you’re a professional. If you’re bad, it’s an addiction” are related sayings.

First, “a gambling problem,” sounds alot like saying the word “addiction,” so as I have said before, this post has nothing to do with gambling problems or addictions. All it has to do with is LOSING money while gambling. Whether someone has a gambling addiction and wins all the time but has no other life is another issue.
