“Lobster is just a vehicle for butter”

Many people believe that lobster is rubbery and flavorless, but is actually an excuse for eating butter.

“Had the first lobster of my life on Wednesday. Lobster = vehicle for butter. Am I missing something?” was posted on Twitter by Corey Jackson on September 25, 2009. “Lobster is just a vehicle for butter by the way.  #dinner” was posted on Twitter by katehowe on November 6, 2010. “Lobster is really just a vehicle for melted butter…” was posted on Twitter by Andrea M. on May 7, 2012. “Lobster is mostly just used as a vehicle for butter. Like snails” was posted on Twitter by the Dread Pirate Khan on July 2, 2012,

“Snails are just a vehicle for garlic and butter” is a similar saying.

Corn on the cob isn’t good, the butter you put on it is. Corn is just a vehicle for the butter, like lobster.
