The 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic resulted in some requirements to wear face masks. “Masktard” (face mask + retard) represents someone who wears a mask, or is a fanatic that everyone wears a mask. “Masktard” could also mean the exact opposite (someone who is a fanatic that everyone does not wear a mask).
   
“Ol’ Dirty Masktard” was posted on Twitter by Jonathan Sarmiento on March 15, 2020. “Watch out for the masktards and glovetards at Walmart” was posted on Twitter by Kokomoschmoe on March 23, 2020.
   
”Masktard A libtard or snowflake that insists everyone wear their mask in public…” was entered in the Urban Dictionary on April 27, 2020.
 
Similar terms include “glovetard” (glove + retard), “maskhole” (mask + asshole) and “muzzletard” (face muzzle + retard).

Walmart was slam full of masktards today. Why do they even bother? They might as well be not even wearing one!
