Hey chic get a grip” was posted on Twitter on Noember 5, 2010. “MYOT = mind your own tits LMAOOOO” was posted on Twitter on July 4, 2012.
 
The saying—in a clear breastfeeding context—became popular in 2015. “Love this decal! Mind Your Own Tits Custom #Breastfeeding Decal by WarholeDesigns” was posted on Twitter on June 11, 2015. A “Mind your own tits bitches and let me nourish my daughter” breastfeeding post on Facebook (now deleted) made news in September and October 2015.
