Mock-a-mole

1 pound fresh asparagus
2 lemons, juiced, discard rinds
½ cup chopped onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp. Jalapeno pepper powder, optional
¼ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried cilantro flakes
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbls FF sour cream
1 tbls ff mayo
