Usually, when someone says “Catholic”, they mean the roman church, but there’s the Anglican/Episcopal church, which calls itself catholic,(or as Marilyn Manson calls them, “Catholic Lite”), there’s the Old Catholic Church, which split off from Rome pretty early because of doctrinal differences, the Liberal Catholic Church, who I think are related to the Old Catholics, and of course, the infamous Ramen Catholic Church, where they use noodles for communion….ok, I made the last one up…
