“My wife and I watched three movies back to back. Luckily, I was the one facing the TV” is a joke that has been printed on many images.
       
English comedian Milton Jones has told the joke since at least February 2009, and he told it on the satirical celebrity panel show Mock the Week on July 15, 2010. Jones’s version is:
   
“Recently we bought the box set of Doctor Who and watched it back to back, Unfortunately, I wasn’t the one facing the screen.”

Jones has had various shows on BBC Radio 4 and is a recurring guest panellist on Mock the Week. He won the Perrier comedy award for best newcomer in 1996. Jones tours the UK periodically and is a regular performer at The Comedy Store in London and Manchester.
