I made it home and went to dailymile to post my run report.  Low and behold, there was an awesome graphic posted by one of my online training buddies (Sarah N) that said, “No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.”  This really resonated with me today.  It was exactly what I needed to bring it all back into perspective.

No Matter How Slow You Go, You’re Still Lapping Everyone on the Couch!
How awesome is that quote!  I love it!  I think we all tend to be a bit hard on ourselves, always pushing to be better, stronger, leaner, faster, thinner, more productive, more this, more that!  So how do we feel when we have an off day?
