“No One Under 21 Must Have ID   #MurderEnglish” was posted on Twitter by Andrew Pelletier on December 29, 2015, along with a photo of this business sign. The two lines of “No One Under 21” and “Must Have ID” should not be read together to mean that people under 21 years of age must not have ID.
