Many people know that secretive government agencies (such as the Central Intelligence Agency) have done bad things (such as MKUltra mind control experiments), but it’s often assumed that that these agencies don’t do bad things anymore. This belief is based on nothing, just the fact that the bad programs we know about have stopped and the current secret programs are not known.
