“One World Government” (OWG) is a term often used with “New World Order” (NWO). Anti-OWG activists believe that organizations such as the United Nations, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and others attempt to destroy national sovereignty by international agreements and by creating monetary indebtedness. In the United States, conservative groups that support Constitutional protections are against a one world government.
 
The origin of the term “one world government” (or “world government”) cannot be traced to a particular origin, but it began to be popularly used on the Internet in the 1990s in Usenet groups. “OWG” has been cited in print since at least June 1992.

But then these are the sorts of people who would regard the changing of the seasons as evidence for an OWG conspiracy, so perhaps they are not in full command of the facts (or of anything else much).
