“Out of all the martial arts, karaoke inflicts the most pain”

"Karaoke” should not be confused with “karate,” but there are jokes. “Of all the martial arts, karaoke inflicts the most pain” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images.

“Karaoke inflicts more pain than any of the other martial arts” was posted on Twitter by Just Bill on April 5, 2012. “Of all the martial arts, karaoke inflicts the most pain” was posted on Twitter by Just Bill on September 25, 2012.

“Out” is sometimes added to the beginning. “For those who are thinking about which to choose, out of all the martial arts available, I’ve found that karaoke inflicts the most pain” was posted on Twitter by Room to Relax on October 23, 2012. “Out of all the martial arts, karaoke inflicts the most pain” was posted on Twitter by 50 Shades Öf Arsenal on August 11, 2013. “OUT OF ALL THE MARTIAL ARTS KARAOKE INFLICTS THE MOST PAIN” (shown on a sign) was posted on Facebook by Indian Hills Community Sign on September 1, 2022.

Wikipedia: Karaoke
Karaoke (/ˌkæriˈoʊki/;Japanese: [kaɾaoke]; カラオケ, clipped compound of Japanese kara 空 “empty” and ōkesutora オーケストラ “orchestra") is a type of interactive entertainment usually offered in clubs and bars, where people sing along to recorded music using a microphone. The music is an instrumental version of a well-known popular song. Lyrics are usually displayed on a video screen, along with a moving symbol, changing colour, or music video images, to guide the singer.
