“Pack your patience” is standard advice given to travelers. “NEW YORK WORLD’S FAIR—Pack your patience and prepare to queue up” was cited in print in 1964. The saying has been popular since the early 1990s.

Sacramento airline passengers may face delays this summer

The old adage “pack your patience” may be more true than ever this summer at Sacramento International Airport and other airports nationally - the result of federal budget cutbacks that went into effect this week.
