Planned Parenthood is an organization that provides reproductive health and maternal and child health services. “Planned Frankenhood” is an infrequent nickname for the organization that uses the name from the novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus. “Franken-” implies the same unorthodox biological science that created Dr. Frankenstein’s monster.
