Wikipedia: Pulled pork
Pulled pork is an American barbecue dish, more specifically a dish of the Southern U.S., based on shredded barbecued pork shoulder. It is typically slow-smoked over wood (usually outdoors); indoor variations use a slow cooker. The meat is then shredded manually and mixed with a sauce. It may be served on bread or eaten on its own.

By Newton’s Third Law of motion,  for every pulled pork sandwich, there is a pushed pork sandwich. Do not ask what becomes of them.

I’m uncomfortable with the term “pulled pork” because it implies there is also pushed pork.

The existence of “pulled” pork suggests that “pushed” pork also exists. This has sent my imagination into a tailspin
