“A guy walks into a bar…” is a typical form of what has been called the “bar joke.” A pun version is:
     
“A pun walks into a bar, ten people die on the spot. Pun in, ten dead.”
 
The joke is on “pun intended.” “A pun joke walked in and killed 10 friends. pun in, ten dead” was posted on Twitter by Samuel Philip #BBNAIJA on January 20, 2019. “A pun walks into a bar and ten people die. Pun in, ten dead” was posted on Twitter by David White on January 24, 2019.
 
The joke is also told with a room instead of a bar setting. “Pun walks into a room of 10 people. Pun in, ten dead” was posted on Twitter by Kachī® on January 21, 2019. “Pun enters a room, kills 10 people. Pun in, 10 dead” was posted on Reddit—Dadjokes on February 13, 2019.
 
“I submitted 10 puns to a newspaper contest hoping one would win, but no pun in ten did” is a similar joke.

Edit: The police quickly arrived at the scene, surrounding the bar. The pun was trapped in the bar but it decided to hold on and have a shoot out with the police instead of surrendering. Sadly, the pun didn’t make it out alive. He was pun out dead at the scene.
 
Edit: Nobody attended the puns funeral, they all at ten ded.
