“QAnon” refers to an anonymous person who has “Q” clearance (a high U.S. security clearance) and who shares some of this classified information on the internet. Some people have ridiculed those following QAnon and have called them “Qtards” (QAnon + retards). “Qtard” was entered in the Urban Dictionary on April 12, 2007, but this word had a different definition.
