“This lady just asked the waitress if the salmon was grass fed. I literally have no idea what went wrong in the world” is a saying that has been printed on several images. What the lady probably meant to ask is if the salmon was wild or was farm-raised. A salmon, of course, does not graze on land and eat grass.
