Seedelicious or Seedalicious or Seedilicious (seed + delicious)

“Seedelicious” or “seedalicious” or “seedilicious” (seed + delicious) is a multiseed product sold by HEB supermarkets and others. The name “seedilicious” has been cited in print since at least 2006.

A similar term is “seeduction” (seed + seduction), trademarked by Whole Foods since 2000.

Cranberry Relish and a table full of food
This is a picture of Thursday’s leftovers and the food I set out for my sis who was coming in from New York on Friday. On the peninsula top from left to right: I made Bryanna’s chedda’ cheese (the recipe that uses tahini) with crackers spread around it, soy and seitan roulade slices, corn from our freezer (we grew), romaine salad with purple onion/ carrots/radish slices, an apple slices tray with a sweetened soy cream cheese dip, seedilicious bread slices, ...

Sassy’s Seedalicious Topping

Mix 2 parts flax seeds with one part each sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds.
(Mix up a bunch of this seed mixture at once and store in your fridge or
freezer).
Then, grind 2 Tbsp. (per person*) of the topping together in a coffee grinder
(or VitaMix or similiar) with a little salt.
(*Note: 2 Tbsp. per person per day—use it all in one dish or refrigerate
extra for use later in the day.)
I also like to mix in double the amount of Nutritional Yeast for added flavor
and a nutrition boost.Laura Ballinger Morales

7. Seedilicious bread from HEB - If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it. The seeds are all super healthy for you and it doesn’t need anything extra. When I’m feeling indulgent, I’ll sprinkle a lot of Italian herbs and spices into my EVOO and use it as dip for my seedilicious bread… mmm…
