“Sign in a local hospital: ‘From all of us here at the Dermotology Department - Merry Eczemas’”

“Xmas” (Christmas) shouldn’t be confused with “eczemas” (a skin disease), but there are jokes. Merry Eczema (1992) by David Shrigley was a book title.

Wikipedia: Xmas
Xmas (also X-mas) is a common abbreviation of the word Christmas. It is sometimes pronounced /ˈɛksməs/, but Xmas, and variants such as Xtemass, originated as handwriting abbreviations for the typical pronunciation /ˈkrɪsməs/. The “X” comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Christós (Χριστός), which became Christ in English. The suffix -mas is from the Latin-derived Old English word for Mass.

Wikipedia: Dermatitis
Dermatitis, also known as eczema, is a group of diseases that result in inflammation of the skin. These diseases are characterized by itchiness, red skin and a rash. In cases of short duration, there may be small blisters, while in long-term cases the skin may become thickened. The area of skin involved can vary from small to the entire body.
