Skyrim is a multi platform (pc, PS3, xbox) Videogame in which the player assumes the role of the “dovahkiin”, or dragonborn. A rare human with the soul of a dragon. The Phrase “Sky above, Earth below, ect…” refers to dragons’ ability to breathe fire. You can probably google or wiki the rest.

There you go. They aren’t exactly the same quote, but I’m certain that is what you are referring to. The Greybeards use the line as “sky above” representing the gods, object of worship, and as “Voice within” representing the Thu’um, the tool of worshipping. Hope this helps ye.

I wear this large coin set in a rose gold surround with a rose/silver beveled chain. The inscription on the back says: “Sky above me, earth below me, fire within me.” It’s from Skyrim, used in reference to anyone born in human form with the soul of a dragon.
