1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
8 cups hot water
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 cup onions—chopped
1 cup carrots—diced
1 cup celery—sliced
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
28 ounces canned tomatoes—diced
1 teaspoon pepper—or to taste
1 tablespoon Accent® seasoning mix—(optional)
