A “teabilly” (tea party participant + hillbilly) is an unsophisticated person who believes in tea party issues, such as limited government. The term, like “hillbilly,” is usually derogatory.

Here’s an interesting thought. What if a 2nd Amendment gun-toting Teabilly brings a gun to church. However the church, exercising its Freedom of Religion does not allow the gun to be brought into the church based upon its belief that guns and gun violence is against its core religious beliefs.
