Susie’s South Forty Confections of Midland has delivered “Texas Trash” to President George W. Bush. This “Texas Trash” is not the Chex mix cereal dish, but “a custom blend of cereals and pretzels mixed with fancy pecans drenched in a creamy white chocolate flavored coating.” Susie’s trademarked this version of “Texas Trash” in 2003.
     
There is also “Beltway Trash” that Susie’s proclaims to be “the only politically correct trash there is.”

While the elves at Santa’s Workshop take a breather from the chaos of the holiday season, candy makers at Susie’s South Forty Confections don’t even pause before shifting their focus to heart-covered treats.

She said their mailing list contains customers from all over the world, including President Bush, who orders her candies or has friends from home bring them when they visit the beltway she’s named a version of her “Texas Trash” after.
 
“It’s the only politically correct trash there is,” she said, or so the slogan goes.
