“Thank you, craft beer, for making my alcoholism seem like a neat hobby” is a jocular line that has been printed on T-shirts and ecards. The original line—with “micro brewery” instead of “craft beer”—was said by Jimmy Fallon, host of NBC’s The Tonight Show, on November 20, 2009:
“Thank you, micro brewery, for making my alcoholism seem like a neat hobby.”
