“The answer may not lie at the bottom of a bottle of wine… but you should still check!” was posted on Twitter by Luxe on August 9, 2017. This slightly different version has been printed on an image.

“The answer may not lie at the bottom of a bottle, but I always like to check” is an earlier version of this saying (from 2009).

“I think my patience is at the bottom of this coffee cup. Hang on while I find it” and “It turns out the answer to my problems wasn’t at the bottom of this pint of ice cream, but the important thing is that I tried” are related sayings.
