The “two dollars to end world hunger” usually is a request to contribute to a cause that, in aggregate, will go toward possibly ending hunger. However, the speaker (Matt Donaher) assumes that his two dollars will help reach the goal and that hunger will be ended.

Looking for a video of a nerdy stand up comedian who was asked if he wanted to donate $2 to end world hunger
and he said - I didn’t know we were so close.
He is a young guy, in his early 20s probably. I saw it once on youtube and can’t find it now
