“The future is female”

“The future is female” is a women’s rights saying that has been printed on many images. The feminist slogan has been cited in print since at least July 1975, when it was printed on T-shirts.

“The future is female and black” was posted on Twitter by Kenny Jules Morifi-Winslow on July 28, 2016. “‘The future is female’ and black and latinx and trans and queer and undocumented and ours” was posted on Twitter by “are you there, god? it’s me, bailey margaret” on November 13, 2016.
