“Crun” (croissant + cinnamon bun) is a bakery creation and portmanteau word, similar to “cronut” (croissant + donut).

The website of 101.5 WPDH (Poughkeepsie, NY) announced on March 28, 2024, that Christophe Raza would open a bakery in Rhinebeck, New York, and would offer a cinnamon “crun,” which is a cross between a cinnamon bun and a croissant.
