The joke is that governments officials (politicians and others) are worse than useless, and the tellers of the joke probably favor this outcome.

“The vaccine should be tested on politicians first. If they survive, the vaccine is safe. If they don’t, then the country is safe” was posted on Twitter by Monika Wiśniewska on September 11, 2020, and this tweet went viral.

Sounds like a joke, but it isn’t. It is dead-serious. One may want to add to this very sensible proposal that the very first to be vaccinated with his own Moderna human genome-altering vaccine, should imperatively be the czar of vaccines, Bill Gates.
