“There’s always time for a glass of wine” is a saying that has been printed on many signs and wall plaques. Brooklyn’s Poly Prep had “But it’s always time for a glass of wine” as a verse in an alumni song, as printed in the Brooklyn (NY) Daily Eagle on March 3, 1909. “ALWAYS time for a glass of wine” was posted on Twitter on April 17, 2008.
 
The wine signs began appearing everywhere by 2011. “‘There’s always time for a glass of wine’- amen to that! Our popular wine sign is now back in stock!” was posted on Twitter on February 1, 2011.
