"This salad tastes like I’d rather be fat” is an anti-salad saying that has been printed on many images.

“!!!! RT ‘@Jay_FrickinLynn: This salad tastes like I’d rather be fat’” was posted on Twitter by Ladii Liisa on December 18, 2013. This is possibly the origin of the saying, but the original tweet no longer exists.

“Kale tastes like I’d rather be fat” and “This kale salad tastes like I’d rather be fat” are later variations of this saying.
