“Why did the chicken cross the road?”/“To get to the other side” is a classic riddle from the 19th century. A time machine version was posted on Reddit—Dadjokes on July 5, 2020:
“To get to the time machine.”
“Why did the chicken cross the road?”
“Bartender says ‘We don’t serve time travelers here.’ A time traveler walks into a bar” is a similar time travel joke on a popular meme.
