HOBO (ham on bagel omelet, BOBO (bacon), SOBO (sausage) and TOBO or TURBO (turkey) are breakfast sandwiches that are served with cheese and potatoes; a roll or a wrap often replaces the bagel. The sandwiches are popular in Rockland and Orange Counties (NY) and Bergen County (NJ). It is not known who originated the sandwich names.
HOBO, BOBO and SOBO have been cited in print since at least January 2008. TURBO was cited in 2012 and TOBO in 2013.

Yes its a deli. But man, they make the best food around. Their breakfast sandwiches…sobo…hobo...bobo…turbo…all made with homefries are so tasty.
