“Unsalted Saltines should be called Justines”

Saltine crackers come in an “unsalted” version. Many people have suggested that the name “saltine” should be changed for unsalted saltine crackers.

Wikipedia: Saltine cracker
A saltine or soda cracker is a thin, usually square cracker usually made from white flour, sometimes yeast (although many are yeast free), and baking soda, with most varieties lightly sprinkled with coarse salt. It has perforations over its surface, as well as a distinctively dry and crisp texture.

Why is an unsalted saltine still called a saltine and not a tine?
I don’t get it it seems that upon eliminating a key ingredient you would be obligated to change the name

Unsalted Saltines are not Saltines.
So this thought hit me in the shower as I was Thinking about my snack. It would make more sense to call them Unsaltines or Tines.
