Gazpacho is a cold vegetable soup. It’s not the name of a waiter, but there’s a restaurant joke:
 
Diner: Waiter, my soup is cold.
Waiter: It’s Gazpacho.
Diner: Well, Gazpacho, my soup is cold.
 
The gazpacho joke has been cited in print since at least 2017-2018 and has been printed on several images.
