I bought about 30 packs of LK Cards at WalMart in Sandusky, OH (home of CEDAR POINT YEAH!), and NONE of these packs have had the coloring cards.  And yes, WalFart cards do have the special cards because I have 4 foils and 2 popups from these packs.
